We had an absolutely wonderful experience with NickiTravel and especially with Jorge Henriques , the owner, who personally handled all of our tours and transfers throughout Portugal. Jorge took us on a beautiful Sintra and Cascais tour, arranged our transfer from Lisbon to Porto while helping us coordinate picking up our daughter from a wedding, and later our return transfer from Porto to Lisbon with memorable stops in Nazaré and Óbidos. He also took care of our final early morning airport drop-off before our flight back to the USA. Throughout every part of the trip, Jorge was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He was very sensitive to our moods, energy levels, and interests, and always adjusted the day to make sure we enjoyed exactly what we wanted to see and experience. He consistently went above and beyond — even stopping to pick up bubble wrap for some fragile items we had purchased. The vehicle used for transfer was in impeccable condition and extremely comfortable for the four of us. What stood out most was not just his professionalism, but his genuine care for our family. On our final day, he offered exceptional value and made sure we were safely inside the airport with all of our luggage before saying goodbye.
