We had such a wonderful experience with Jorge from start to finish. He helped narrow down what places we wanted to see, took care of getting the tickets and even booked our dinner reservation for us. He was super friendly and informative on the drives to/from Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira, and paid attention to the things he knew we would like making time for an extra stop to watch the sunset at Cabo da Roca on our way to dinner. Absolutely Fantastic Day with Nicki Travel – Highly Recommended!

What an absolutely wonderful experience we had today with Nicki Travel!

We were collected from our cruise ship, Celebrity Apex, in Lisbon for a private excursion to the beautiful town of Sintra, Portugal, and from start to finish, the whole experience was absolutely first-class.

Our private van was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and perfect for a relaxing day of sightseeing.

A very special mention must go to our fantastic driver and guide, Paulo, who was simply outstanding! He looked after us superbly throughout the entire day, making sure we were comfortable, happy and well taken care of. His knowledge of the area was excellent, and he shared so many fascinating facts and stories along the way.

What made the day even more special was Paulo's willingness to show us some wonderful sights off the beaten track, giving us a real taste of Portugal beyond the usual tourist stops.

We felt completely relaxed and in safe hands throughout the day. Paulo managed everything brilliantly and, importantly for cruise passengers, made absolutely sure we were back at the ship in plenty of time to continue our holiday aboard Celebrity Apex.

We really couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A huge thank you to Nicki Travel and especially Paulo for making our visit to Sintra such a memorable and enjoyable day.

If you're visiting Lisbon on a cruise and looking for a private tour, we cannot recommend Nicki Travel highly enough. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were lucky enough to have Joao Paolo from Nicki Travel for two days as our tour guide and driver. He and Jorge (from the home office) did an amazing job designing our days to meet our needs and all of their recommendations were spot on. They made a fun trip that much more special. Absolutely worth every penny! I truly had the best time and so happy that I booked with NickiTravel 🥹 João Paulo (my guide) was truly one of the highlights of my time in Portugal! He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. From the beginning, he made the experience feel like exploring the city with a friend rather than being on a tour. He shared so much about the history, culture, and beauty of Portugal, and his genuine love for his country made the experience even more special. As someone traveling solo, I especially appreciated how comfortable and taken care of everyone made me feel. I left with beautiful memories and an even greater appreciation for Portugal.
